From Relationship to Partnership
The story behind this recognition perfectly reflects the value of collaboration.
Dr. MORAWIETZ GmbH, a long-standing trusted advisor in the Microsoft space, was invited to participate in a Europe-wide tender for a large-scale Microsoft 365 transformation programme. The initiative involved the consolidation of 16 decentralised Microsoft 365 tenants into a single shared tenant, a highly complex undertaking requiring a broad range of technical expertise and delivery capabilities.
While Dr. MORAWIETZ GmbH brought deep specialist knowledge and extensive experience in Microsoft tenant migration projects, the tender requirements called for capabilities and organisational scale that could not be provided by a single specialist organisation alone. Therefore, recognising the need for complementary expertise, Dr. MORAWIETZ GmbH reached out to his trusted network. That conversation led to AXAITRA.
Through relationships developed within the IAMCP community, AXAITRA connected Dr. MORAWIETZ GmbH with LM IT Services AG team. What followed was a rapid alignment of expertise, capabilities and shared objectives.
Together, the organisations established a partner consortium, combining specialised Microsoft infrastructure knowledge, Microsoft 365 migration expertise and strategic programme leadership. This partnership became a powerful example of how trusted relationships can quickly evolve into meaningful business collaboration.
